Our History
IAMotive R.M. founder and primary auto mechanic Ryan Messner has a lifelong fascination with machines. His mechanical interests began at age seven, and led to his education in machine shop, tool and die, and fabrication.
Ryan served in the United States Air Force as an aircraft Crew Chief responsible for all mechanical systems in the Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt. Ryan’s love for cars led him to become a dealer of synthetic lubricants during this time.
Once his enlistment with the Air Force ended, Ryan was free to move back home to Minnesota and fully devote himself to cars. He soon founded IAMotive R.M. and today proudly serves the greater Hutchinson, MN area for all its general and niche automotive needs.
